When you use Axia, we collect the following information: cell phone number, email address, invoices and uploaded documents, and the content of SMS exchanges with the agent. This data is necessary for the proper operation of the service.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Axia service: invoice analysis, drafting follow-ups, and sending communications to your debtors. We do not use your data for marketing purposes or for resale to third parties.

3. Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Uploaded files are stored securely and automatically deleted after your session ends. A complete audit trail of every agent action is maintained.

4. Data Sharing

We use third-party providers for the operation of the service. These providers only have access to data strictly necessary for the performance of their service and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Data Processing

The Axia service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third parties for the analysis of your documents and the drafting of communications. Your data may be transmitted to these providers as part of the processing. Finaxis inc. does not control the internal practices of these providers regarding data retention or use and disclaims any liability in this regard. We select our providers according to strict security and confidentiality criteria.

Finaxis inc. does not train artificial intelligence models on your personal data or the content of your invoices. We do not sell or rent your data.

We may use anonymized and aggregated data from interactions with the service to improve the quality of responses and the relevance of the service. This data cannot be used to identify you or your clients.

6. Data Retention

Session data is retained for a limited period after the end of your session, then automatically purged. Upload tokens expire automatically at the end of the session.
